This one hour signature class is the complete total body workout to help you get in shape or challenge your body to reach its fullest potential. This outdoor boot camp style class is a high intensity mix of cardio endurance, plyometrics and agility exercises, athletic drills, kickboxing, calisthenics and strength-training. The instructors focus on encouragement rather than intimidation and design each class differently to push your limits and keep your body guessing.
