Described by the Tulsa World as a "modern-day Mark Twain," Connie Cronley will entertain us with delightful stories from her many life experiences. Renowned pianist Anna Norberg will accompany her. A native Oklahoman, Cherokee citizen, writer, author, radio and TV commentator, Cronley brings all of these experiences to her audiences with stories of parties and crimes, Indian ballerinas and fry bread divas, all based on true Oklahoma stories. Norberg, who recently retired from the University of Tulsa where she was head of the piano department, has performed in solo recitals and with a variety of chamber ensembles in concerts on five continents: North America, South America, Asia, Africa and Europe. You may bring your lunch or purchase one from the Central Library Starbucks. Sponsored by the Friends of the Tulsa City-County Libraries and Tulsa Library Trust.
