Deco District

321 S Boston Ave

Tulsa, OK 74103

View on Map

The Deco District was established during the Oil Boom of the 1920s and 1930s and consists of buildings that housed home and regional offices supporting banks, insurers and hotels.

Between 1960-1970 the oil business began to slow with the decline of domestic oil dependency and many of these architecturally significant buildings became surplus.

Today, these offices are rented by corporations and local businesses, while others are abandoned and some have been leveled to make space for parking.
