A cirque (pronounced "serk") is a half-open, steep-sided hollow at the head of a valley or on a mountainside, formed by glacial erosion. The first coffee shop in Tulsa was also called Le Cirque, and is the inspiration behind this shop's name.
The owners of Cirque want to do cool new stuff in the world of coffee. They encourage patrons to ask questions and learn about their methods. Look for the blue-green doorway under the sign saying "coffee." Open from 7-3, Monday to Saturday.
