Inner Dispersal Loop (IDL)

The Inner Dispersal Loop is a traffic corridor surrounding downtown Tulsa, carrying an estimated 62,000 vehicles each day. The IDL includes portions of I-244, US-412, US-64 and SH-51.

Some Tulsans argue the IDL highway project was a mistake that cut off many neighborhoods from downtown and would like to see portions of the highway systems redone.
