Boot camp is a total body workout that challenges your body to reach its fullest potential! This boot camp-style class is a high-intensity mix of cardio, plyometrics, agility exercises, kickboxing, calisthenics, and strength training all while being surrounded by fresh air and beautiful downtown views. The instructors focus on encouragement in order for you to fulfill your fitness goals!
Boot camp is open to all ages and athletic abilities. Parents are encouraged to consider their child’s ability to safely participate in the fitness class. Every fitness class is led by a certified instructor provided by YMCA.
